Fall for Pies Collection
When autumn rolls around, it’s time to Fall for Pies! We’re excited to offer you three classic pie flavors: Caramel Apple, Brown Butter Pecan and Pumpkin Chai.
The creative process for Fall for Pies is always a little extra special with its warm and cozy vibes. With great gratitude and care, we created yet another set of unique and flavorful experiences with hints of warmth and familiarity. A marriage of classic and innovative, we drew inspiration from traditional Thanksgiving desserts like grandma’s apple pie or the candy caramel apples we had growing up.
Through each stage of testing and sampling, we were able to narrow it down to our final three flavors for our first ever ‘Fall for Pies’ series. Drawing inspiration from Thanksgiving goodies, we wanted to put our BA twist on classic staples that many of us associate with the season of gratitude.
Caramel Apple
24 hr raised brioche, filled with apple filling, caramel glazed, topped with lattice pie crust
Brown Butter Pecan
24 hr raised brioche, filled with brown butter pecan filling, chocolate glazed, topped with leaf pie crust
Pumpkin Chai
24 hr raised brioche, filled with pumpkin cream, chai glazed, topped with cardamom vanilla chantilly and pepitas
