Q: Do you accept preorders?
A: We highly encourage preordering online to reserve items as walk-in availability maybe limited. Preorders can be placed for pickup on Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Orders must be placed minimum of 24 hours in advance and by 12pm for next day or any future day pickup. On some days due to high demand, the cutoff time may close earlier for the next business day. In this case, please check back after 12pm to order for the following days. Please double check your pickup date during checkout. All preorders must be picked up before 3pm with order number. 24 hour cancellation notice is required for refunds. All refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Q: Do you ship?
A: We do not ship as our donuts do not contain preservatives. The problems getting donuts to deliver fresh and undamaged is unfortunately impossible.
Q: What is the shelf life of your donuts and how should I store them?
A: We make small batches of fresh donuts throughout the day and recommend enjoying them as soon as possible on the same day of purchase. They should be kept in a cool area and away from heat before consuming. If you must save them overnight, please keep them in a tightly closed container in the refrigerator and bring them to room temperature before serving. Please note that they will not taste the same as freshly made ones. TIP: Microwave unfilled glazed donuts for 10 seconds. Don’t microwave cream filled donuts as they will explode!
Q: Do you take phone orders?
A: We are unable to accept same day donut phone orders as priority goes to walk-in customers. Only drink and toast orders will be accepted.
Q: What is your refund and cancellation policy?
A: 24 hour cancellation notice is required for refunds. Refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Orders cannot be canceled on the scheduled day of pickup, all sales are final under 24 hours.
Q: Do you offer indoor seating?
A: Pickups only, no dine in. Outdoor seating is available.
Q: Do you have vegan options?
A: We do not have vegan options at the moment.
