Fall for Pies Collection
Fall is arguably one of the most anticipated seasons where everyone rolls out seasonal flavors like Pumpkin Spice and everything nice. Each year, flavors are elevated to impress the excitement and buzz built up from the Summer.
Introducing our second Fall for Pies series, only this year, it’s lighter, fluffier, and creamier without compromising the traditional key flavors that capture the essence of Fall. Think: cozy, toasty, nutty, buttery… all the delectable fall desserts!
Drawing inspiration through research in typical Bun Appétit fashion, we did what we enjoy most: creating a concept that you can see and taste—a truly unique, personal experience.
Through multiple iterations of tastings, trial and error, we nailed down the core flavor profiles and pairings, with adventurous excursions incorporating a fun twist of red wine for our Fig Brie & Wine. This flavor piqued a lot of interest from our customers!
Final objective: to translate and tie in all concepts aforementioned into attractive visual graphics capturing the essence of each flavor. Illustrated above are the key focal points, thus completing our second Fall for Pies collection.
Fig Brie & Wine: mascarpone cream filling, white chocolate ganache glaze topped with fig jam, brie cheese, and candied dried fig, finished with a Duckhorn Merlot pipette and toasted walnuts
Pear Almond: featuring a buttery pie lattice crust atop pear almond cream with a caramel glaze
Pumpkin Cheesecake: a take on the classic pumpkin cheesecake, glazed with a twist— Chantilly cream topped with Biscoff crumbs and pepitas
Maple Pecan: pecan cream fill with a maple pecan glaze topped with a delicate Valrhona chocolate leaf tulle
